Club Bylaws and Constitution Changes

Application to Register and Amendment to the Rules
(Appendix A) for Application to Register and Amendment to the Rules

Bylaws of the Rotary Club of Loganholme
Constitution of the Rotary Club of Loganholme

Certificate of Trading

Fellow Rotarians,

The documents in this section are examples of those required to update club Bylaws and Constitution for incorporated clubs. Following the last RI Council on Legislation a number of changes were made to the standard Rotary Club Constitution and these changes are included in the documents. In addition, a number of changes were made in 2007 to the State Act under which Rotary Clubs operate and these changes are also included in the documents.

You may use these examples from the Rotary Club of Loganholme Inc as a template in filling out and submitting your own club documents however there is no certainty that your documents will be accepted by the Department.

You should obtain the Application to Register and Amendment documents from the Office of Fair Trading well in advance of submitting. You will also need to convene a special general meeting of your club to approve the changes prior to submitting.

The web site and presumably the Office of Fair Trading will move to the Justice Department during 2008.
