David Snow:

David was born and educated in Toowoomba. After completing his tertiary degree in Business [Marketing] he worked for the Shell Oil Company of Australia for four years.
In 1984 he joined the family real estate business that had been established in 1951. His main area of activity is in sales management and marketing residential property.He is also a licensed Auctioneer.David has been a member of the Rotary Club of Toowoomba for over 20 years and is a past president and Paul Harris recipient.
David is married and has three children, all young adults. His other interests include golf, road cycling and collecting old clocks. He has been an active member of the Cobb and Co. Museum National Carriage Factory fund raising committee for the last 3 years.

Nikki Howarth:
Nikki Howarth lives and works in the Queensland capital of Brisbane. She studied media, communications and journalism at university, and has worked in corporate marketing and communications for over ten years in the health, finance, energy and transport sectors. Nikki now works in organisational communications for Australia’s largest rail haulage company, specialising in employee engagement and cultural change programs.
Nikki grew up fishing and waterskiing on the beaches of the Gold Coast before moving north to a cattle property in her teens. Her active childhood has led to a life-long love of sports and she regularly participates in touch football, netball, horse-riding and skiing when she can travel to the snow.
Nikki and her husband share their home with two cats and a dog. When she’s not glued to Facebook, she loves to relax by reading, painting, going to the movies, watching live music, planning her next ski holiday, and drinking good wine with family and friends.

Wendy Poon:
Wendy is a Police officer currently working in the Organised Crime Investigation Unit a specialist unit of the Queensland Police. She has been in the Queensland Police Service for the past six years.
Wendy was born and raised in Alexandra Hills, Brisbane. She now resides at Mount Gravatt, Brisbane with her husband. She is of Chinese heritage and speaks fluent Cantonese. She gained qualifications in Journalism in 1998 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (in Journalism) from the University of Queensland.
Her hobbies include collecting tea pots, a love of dining out, polishing her culinary skills and swimming. Wendy is a City girl and loves spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Karen Hardcastle:
Karen was raised on the family’s Hereford cattle property at Old Koreelah on the New South Wales / Queensland border. The Hereford cattle stud was started in 1952 by Karen’s grandfather, continuing through until today. Karen continues to play an active role on the property and with Hereford cattle.
Karen went to school in Armidale (north eastern New South Wales), vowing not to go back after completing four years of boarding in 1988. However in 2001 she returned to attend the University of New England, completing a Commerce Degree while working full time. In 1992 Karen was a manager for McDonald’s in Warwick (south east Queensland), prior to joining the National Australia Bank in 1994, where she recently achieved 15 years of service.
Karen has lived in Toowoomba on the Darling Downs, for the past seven years having purchased her own home in 2006. Karen spends her time travelling, working on the family farm and enjoying wine with friends in ‘my space’ (her backyard).

Anita Wheeldon :
Anita grew up on the Darling Downs on her family’s property, before moving to Toowoomba in her teen years. Anita works at The Glennie School, a private boarding Anglican Girls School in Toowoomba, in the Development office, looking after the school’s promotional and communication activities and is involved in many other marketing activities and facets of daily school life a well as overseeing the international enrolments to the school.
Anita is currently studying a Postgraduate certificate in Business, specialising in Marketing and will articulate in the MBA program in March 2010. She loves sport, playing both Basketball and Netball through the week, running with her dog most afternoons and playing golf on a Sunday afternoon if she can find the time. Anita also loves to garden and after a working week in the office, to spend time outdoors.
