The aim of this Committee is to utilize suitably experienced Rotarians to train
Rotary leaders at District & Club levels and to create an ongoing District resource to continually provide
assistance and advice to these leaders.
Training activities for Presidents-Elect, Club Officers and other
members are planned. They include Leadership Workshops in organisational and individual effectiveness, Annual Action Planning of the Club Leadership Plan and Committee work plans; and continuous training of Rotarians.
